jacob & lauren conner - owners

Lauren grew up in Ocean County, NJ , initially falling in love with soccer before ultimately focusing on Cross Country/ Track and Field. Lauren ran for Southern Regional H.S. specializing in the 800, 1600 and 4x400m earning All-American and state titles, while setting school, meet and county records before running for Iowa State University where she earned both All-Big 12 and Newcomer of the Year honors her Freshman year. Lauren transferred to the University of Arkansas and was a part of the the most winning collegiate sport program of all time and earned All-SEC honors.

Lauren played for the GRID league, D.C. Brawlers, won Steve Austin’s Broken Skull Challenge and has qualified for 5 CrossFit Regional events. Lauren’s experience has left her convinced that hard work and dedication are the surest ways to reach your goals. Jacob grew up in Arkansas playing Baseball and Football. He suffered a career ending football injury which has left him passionate about efficient and proper movement.
