Classes are one hour long. During your hour with us you will be instructed and guided through a warm up and the workout of the day. We have varying levels of difficulty for each workout that we provide to ensure that we can meet you at your current fitness level. We cater to each individual’s skill level and specialize in introducing fitness to newcomers. Workouts range from two minutes to an hour. The left over class time is used to work on skills, increase mobility, ask questions, and to cool down.
