CrossFit intergrades constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movement to get you in the best shape of your life. The goal of CrossFit’s programming (aside from ensuring that you look good naked) is to prepare you physically and even mentally for the unknown and unknowable.
An Arx Lite workout has the same principles as a regular CrossFit class (Constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement) except we will focus mainly on Metabolic Conditioning (cardio) with lighter weights or purely body weight movements.
Yoga at CrossFit Arx will be personalized to benefit the WODs happening during that week. Increase mobility, improve breath control, and benefit from hands-on adjustments.

CrossFit themed, fun, birthday parties for kids! Parties are scheduled for two hours and include age appropriate games that are inspired by fitness.
