1 sliced banana

3-4 large sliced strawberries

1 handful of blueberries

1 handful of blackberries


From this point you have two options after you put all these delicious fruit in a bowl. You can either top with coconut milk, honey and walnuts or top with honey, cinnamon and warmed almond butter ( I typically heat two heaping tablespoons of almond butter in the microwave for 1 minute before pouring it over the fruit, honey and cinnamon).
