Paleo Pizza
Per Ralph’s Request!
The crust:
Per Person-
1 cup Almond Meal
1 Whole Egg
1 tsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp salt
Beat egg and mix all ingredients together to form a dough. Press dough in pan. Drizzle a bit of olive oil on top of the crust. Bake at 400 degrees for five minutes
The Sauce:
1 small can of tomato paste
same small can of water ( i fill the tomato paste with water after I use it)
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp Basil
Toppings:
Any meat of vegetable that your heart desires. For example we use spinach, roasted peppers, bell peppers pepperoni and sausage.
After the sauce and toppings are added ,bake for 10min at 400
