“Da Briz” has come a long way since she first walked in the door during CrossFit Arx’s intro classes in April.
Brianna has made tremendous gains as her first few weeks of CrossFit found her unable to complete a squat at full depth. Now Brianna takes on squats of all kinds; air squats, back squats, front squats, wallballs, thrusters and if any of you have caught her overhead squats lately, you know exactly what I mean.
