1 lb Wild Argentina Red Shrimp

– raw, tails removed,devined

1 Bell pepper, diced

1/2 yellow onion, diced

4 big handfuls of baby spinach

2 tbsp coconut oil

1/2 curry powder

2 tbsp Coconut Milk

sea salt/pepper to taste

 

Heat coconut oil over medium heat

Add peppers and onions

Add shrimp and spinach

Cook 3-4min until shrimp is no longer opaque

Add coconut milk and spices!
