How To Join

Step 1

Fill out the Try a Free Class form to register for your free introductory class.

Step 2

Wear gym clothes and the flattest shoes you have on your first day. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled class time and bring a bottle of water!

Step 3

Coaches will help you evaluate your starting level and decide which class schedule and package would be best for you!
