- Olive oil or your choice of cooking fat
- 4 Chicken breast
- 2 Onions
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1/3 Cup of almond butter
- 1/4 Cup oLemon juice
- 2 tbl spoon of honey
Using your choice of fat, sauté onion and garlic over medium heat until onions are translucent. Add the chicken and make sure its well cooked.
Finish by simply adding the remaining ingredients. Stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
