The first day Kristen walked into the Arx to workout she was no stranger to CrossFit. She had been CrossFitting for a few months yet had not realized her potential. She went from being unable to flip her body into a handstand to just recently figuring out a kip on a handstand pushup. Kristen also figured out her kipping pull up and successfully ended her relationship with the band on both pull ups and ring dips. Kristen is such a positive energy in the gym and a great motivator for the rest of the community. Congratulations Kristen!
