1.Our online store will be switching over to WODIFY this week. I will make an announcement when this happens (Wednesday or Thursday). When this happens there will be a $10 minimum on CC. Cash purchases can be any amount (yes less than $10) but need to be made through a Coach. No IOUs please.

2. The INBODY is up and running and we are making appointments for Body Scans. We are running an INTRO Special and doing 2 full body scans plus consult for $40. You can also roll this into a Nutrition Plan for $75. Please contact Lauren ASAP.

The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals. There is no rest between exercises.
