THIS SUNDAY IS THE SNATCH AND JERK SEMINAR!  8:30-11:30. THIS IS PPPPEER-FECT FOR BEGINNERS AS WELL AS ADVANCED ATHLETES.

ENDURANCE CLASS WILL RUN ONE CLASS AT 7:30A DUE TO THE SEMINAR .
