Remember the OPEN GAMES NIGHT does NOT count as a class per week, if you have signed up and are doing it at night. The workout during class is 16.1 for anyone not signed up. You are also welcome to come into class time to work mobility etc to prepare for the night.

WOD

16.1

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
25-ft. overhead walking lunge
8 burpees
25-ft. overhead walking lunge
8 chest-to-bar pull-ups

Men lunge 95 lb.
Women lunge 65 lb.
