  • Ready, set, go…

  • 50 Double Unders (mod: 100 Singles)

  • 15 Box Jump Overs (24/20) (no hip extension needed, 2 foot take off, 2 foot landing on box, step or jump off is okay)

  • With the remaining time from the 2 minutes complete AMAP Unbroken Thrusters (you can rest in the front rack position)

One partner will complete the D.U’s and BJO’s, the other partner will complete the thrusters. You will switch every round
