ATTENTION ARXLITE : Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday at 5:30pm. Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday at 10:00am. Each night I will post your daily skill and workout for the following day. You will come in for an organized warm up before learning our fit skill of the day!  After our skill session, we will go over each movement in the workout to ensure you feel comfortable and confident in your fitness level.  I will be posting your workout at the bottom of THIS page under “ARXLITE”. This is to give you an opportunity to know ahead of time, the areas that we will be working . The first WOD, or Workout of the Day, listed is for the CrossFit class.
