Membership Fees Due! Any membership fees paid more than 6 days past the due date will be considered late and an additional $10 will be due. Guys. I hate this. I don’t like even writing it. Please try to be on time. I know things come up, I get it, but my landlord gets cranky.



To allow opportunity for more people to get into the box we will be starting OPEN GYM HOURS Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 6am-7:30am.  This will begin Monday the first. Use this time to do the posted WOD, to do comp work and come back for the WOD, or to work on skills, lifts etc.

There will not be a 9:00am during the month of August. BUT FEAR NOT!, it will be back.



For time:
Run 800 Meters
12 Front Squats (225/155 lbs )
12 Strict Handstand Push-Ups
10 Front Squats
10 Strict Handstand Push-Ups
8 Front Squats
8 Strict Handstand Push-Ups

Rest until the running clock hits 22:00, and then…

Two rounds for time of:
50 Unbroken Double-Unders
50 Unbroken Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lbs)
