Deep breaths. Last week we took on a WOD that was extremely difficult both physically and mentally. We are going to take  on a much different version. This workout is much more geared to our strengths and is in our favor. Don’t let this workout intimidate you. You can do this. WE can do this.

WOD

Every 2 minutes, for 16 minutes :
Front Squat
*Set 1 – 2 reps @ 75%
*Set 2 – 2 reps @ 80%
*Set 3 – 2 reps @ 85%
*Set 4 – 1 rep @ 90%
*Sets 5-8 – 1 rep @ 92-95%

Every Minute on the Minute for 10 Rounds:

1st minute- 8 Pull Ups

2nd minute- 10  Front Squats  (135/95)

3rd minute- 10 burpees over bar
