Me and technology. Yesterday my computer wouldn’t connect to the internet, hence the FB post.

 

Make sure those of us who are interested in competing and some high intensity training are completing the COMP work.

I know the summer is winding down and people must prepare for the year, but let’s make sure you are getting into the box as often as possible so we don’t lose the progress that we have made.

Congrats to Ashley B who crossed the ROPE CLIMB off of her goal list!

 

WOD

Every 2 minutes and 30 seconds, for 20 minutes (8 sets):
Back Squat
*Set 1 – 6 reps
*Set 2 – 4 reps
*Set 3 – 2 reps
*Set 4 – 6 reps
*Set 5 – 4 reps
*Set 6 – 2 reps
*Set 7 – 6 reps
