WOD

Six Sets-

Pause Front Squat + Front Squat

then

Every 90 seconds for 9 minutes

3 Back Squat

then

4 sets of max reps:

45 seconds alternating reverse lunge with back rack (185/135)

rest 45 sec

45 Supinated strict pull ups

rest 45 sec
