* I can’t get over how kick ass everyone did tonight. I am thrilled to call each and everyone of you my athletes. I hope you are all proud of yourselves, have a smile on your face and a fire under your ass. I wish everyone could have been there to participate in the ARXellence and we missed you guys who could’t make it.

Here is it. The “Arx Strong”  Summer Series is upon us. We are about to get strong as hell (ok, stronger). Try not to miss any days during this if possible. The weeks will build on each other. Take some time to look up your one rep max back squat so you know this information before you come in. If you don’t know your max, make an educated guess. If you are new to CrossFit (within the last few months) or do not have a one rep max, we will be working some moderate weight. If you don’t keep a journal, I am going to go all Bobby Knight on you.
