This skill work is for skill only. This is NOT a 1 rep max attempt. You will be working up to a heavy load however you will be staying within yourself. Pat Barber is an elite CrossFit athlete who dedicates all this time and energy to the sport and has already mastered the two handed snatch. That is 135# he is failing at. That is pretty light in the world of 2 armed snatched. Even for us. Our mission is to get through this competition at the end of the month with all of our limbs still connected.
