Rest day!! Take care of yourselves, it’s cold season! Be sure to be drinking plenty of fluids. Just because it is not 100 degrees out does not mean that you do not need to stay hydrated. Vitamin C and the B’s are also important! (Okay really the whole ¬†vitamin rainbow is a must). Bring dry clothes to change into when you workout to ensure you are coming home warm and dry!
