Three rounds of:
Wall-ball (20/14)
Sumo deadlift high-pull (75/55)
Box Jump 24/20
Push-press (75/55)
Row for calories

You may start at any station. You will spend one minute at each station. At the end of each five minute round, you will have a one minute break. The score is your total number  of reps completed.
