Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

Run 400 meters

3 rounds of:

5 Pull-ups

10 Push-ups

15 Squats

This is CrossFit. We train in the elements, for the elements.

We will be going outside.

The garage door will be open to run in and out of.

It WILL get cold.

Dress accordingly.
