With a partner.

200M Run

12 Thrusters (95/65)

12 Sumo dead lift high pull (95/65)

Partners switch off on full sets of each exercise. This means that Partner A completes 200 M Run, then Partner B completes 12 thrusters, then Partner A completes 12 sumo deadlift high pulls. Thus 1 round has been completed. Next Partner B runs 200 M, followed by Partner A completing 12 thrusters. And so forth for 10 full rounds.
