1 partner will work through the round while the other partner runs 400m. When the running partner gets back, the partner working on the round immediately stops working and switches places. The partner that was initially the running partner now picks up where the other partner left off in the round while the partner that started on the round completes 400m. Repeat. Score= # of rounds
