15 Push Ups

Sprint 60 yards

Rest 60 seconds

Lets clean up our push ups. I’ve seen a lot of people only touching their stomach to the ground and not the nipple line and above. If you plan on RX’ing the WOD, you WILL be NO REP’d.

I haven’t seen such exaggerated “worming” but it is there. This will also not be tolerated.

We show up everyday to get better. Let’s add the self-discipline of the body and see what sort of results we get.
