The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals.
Tabata score is the least number of reps performed in any of the eight intervals.

You score will be the combined Tabata score for each set of exercises-

Example:

Squats =15

Push ups = 7

Weighted Lunges = 20

Ground to Overhead = 17

II Unders= 25

Total score =  84
